Cleaned both the 405 and the 410, mixed a small batch of proseal covered both joining side with proseal, clecoed in place and the riveted them together with -7 rivets after they were soaked in acetone.
There's a reason why you want to 100% cleco and walk away for a day or so....the MESS! I only shot 6 rivets but what a mess.
I decided to cover the original return line hole with a small piece of aluminum and will place the hole high in the rib so that there will be no chance of the floptube chaffing on it.
The camera died, so no pictures tonight. I'll proseal and rivet the return line cover plate tomorrow.

I received a care package from Stein today, which included some electrical stuff and a harness for the HS-34. Hooked it all up with the Garmin 496 and the D180 today...works as advertised!
